EU orders

Shipping cost for all orders to EU destinations is £12.

Returns

We hope you are happy with your order from Fenn Collection UK, however if you would like to return an item for a refund or exchange then please email us on info@fenncollection.co.uk within 14 days. The item will need to be returned to address below and must be in original condition and packaging. Fenn Collection UK will issue a refund within 14 days.

UK Exchanges

Exchange items will be dispatched free of charge. 

EU Exchanges

If you live outside of the UK, a shipping cost will apply.

Faulty Items

If your item is faulty, please contact us on info@fenncollection.co.uk and follow the process of returning your purchase. Products found to be defective will be refunded in full, including shipping costs.
